The entries are all independently judged by a team of industry and the sponsor of the category, the judging process is always impartial. The judges review each submission and judge them against the criteria outlined in each of the category descriptions and the information requested on each of the entry forms.
The judges take into account not only the application form but also customer reviews, social media and websites. Judges also take the time to visit short listed businesses as appropriate.
Each judging panel includes a sponsor and suitable trade judges, who are chosen for their knowledge in each of the sectors. Judging of each category varies and is agreed in advance.
